Raindrop is for people who collect links and want them organized everywhere: browser extensions, Android, Windows, the web, all of it synced through their cloud. At that job it is excellent and honestly priced. IKI starts where a bookmark stops: it fetches the page, reads it with on-device AI, distills it into a card, and files the whole thing as markdown on your iPhone. One tool remembers that you found something; the other remembers what you found. Plenty of people will happily use both.

In Raindrop, open Settings, then Backups, and download a backup as CSV or HTML. Share the file into IKI or drop it into the library folder in the Files app. IKI's importer reads both formats (they're the same ones Pocket used), fetches each link on your phone, reads it, and turns it into a card.
